Showcase + Educate + Implement = Accelerate
Through the three-pronged approach of showcase, educate and implement, the GTA delivers the processes, methodologies and model that power market awareness as well as the development, delivery and ultimately adoption of green technologies.
Showcase
We help members find the right pieces to the puzzle. The GTA showcases alliance member's technology, products, services and programs that demonstrate sustainability through efficiency. Products, services and programs are measured and can be certified based on a number of criteria; including, the development and production of that technology or product, through improved energy efficiency and even by the operational processes the organization adopts.
Educate
We educate based on the core principle that going green is a process not a destination. The GTA identifies best practices from the industry and provides ongoing professional and organizational development programs to educate both buyers and the suppliers. Our programs will include individual professional certifications as well as organizational certifications.
Implement
Finding your way through the maze of options requires both an understanding of what is available and how best to assess and evaluate your unique needs to determine the right solution or solutions for your organization.
GTA programs provide member organizations the information, tools and resources to implement both operational best practices and the products, services and programs that enable sustainable economic development both internally and externally.
Accelerate
By combining the critical components of showcase, educate and implement the GTA helps accelerate the adoption of existing and emerging green technologies. This structure also provides new technologies whether sourced through technology commercialization, start up organizations or R & D development in large firms the unique resources and data required to effectively develop their technologies as well as a clear market channel for the adoption of that technology.
However, the last and most important piece to the puzzle is you. Armed with the right information, tools and resources you have the ability to make the right decisions regarding the unique needs of your organization. But without you making that decision, nothing happens. In the end, we need members to adopt the new and more sustainable business practices and technologies in order to accelerate the adoption of green technologies.
